Established in May 2010, Dentons Taiwan comprises more than 50 lawyers and legal consultants who are licensed to practice in Taiwan, China and the US. The firm provides seamless legal services on a wide spectrum of practice areas including corporate and M&A, capital markets, private equity, and cross-border investment.
