Managing partner of DaHui Lawyers, Richard Ma, has more than 20 years of experience in representing companies in capital markets, M&A, investments and compliance matters. His industry strengths are in media and entertainment, and technology and telecommunications. Work highlights 

Successfully represented China Securities in the first public judgment regarding claims of false statements in non-public directional debt financing instruments by non-financial enterprises in the interbank bond market. This case is the first of its kind in China. 

Representing Hewlett Packard in an appeal against an order to pay several million Renminbi.  

Representing a large, state-owned comprehensive credit management service provider in the retrial of a securities-related dispute worth over a billion Renminbi.
