Representing Semantan Estate (1952) in a significant land dispute against the Government of Malaysia concerning 263.272 acres of prime land in Kuala Lumpur. The case, which began with a successful 2009 High Court ruling establishing government trespass since 1957, has progressed through multiple appeal stages.
