Work highlights
Successfully defended Russian oil and gas diagnostics company SPC Diatech in complex intellectual property litigation involving multiple claims including defamation, contract breaches and copyright infringement. Following a 37-day trial, secured complete victory with all claims dismissed and counterclaims upheld, subsequently affirmed by the Court of Appeal. In January 2025, obtained one of Malaysia's highest IP damages awards totalling more than RM30 million including interest.
