Established in late 2020, BTPLaw is a boutique corporate law firm with a notable specialism in investment funds and private equity. In particular, it is reputed for advising on fund formation, regulatory compliance and complex financial transactions. It has been established as a market leader for deals using the Singapore variable capital company (VCC) structure. At the time of research, BTPLaw had closed 20% of the global market share of VCC fund formation structures.
In addition to its core areas, the firm covers mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and general corporate work, and is active in the blockchain and cryptocurrency spaces.
