Acted for InnerHour in raising $5.2 million (about Rs 37.9 crore) in a series A funding led by Lightbox Ventures. 

Represented Patni Wealth Advisors on its $2.86 million investment in The MathCompany

Assisted Rajdarbar Group and its promoters in connection to Embassy REIT’s acquisition of Embassy TechVillage for $1.3 billion. The buyer is India’s first listed REIT.  

Advised ZCL Chemicals and its promoters on its sale to Advent International for $275 million.  

Represented Sports Technologies Private on its purchase of assets of Fanduniya Sport Technologies.

Advised ResponsAbility Fund on advancing a structured debt facility to Conord Enviro FZE, a Dubai subsidiary of Concord Enviro Systems 

Acted for Rajdarbar Nine Ventures on its borrowing of $17 million structured debt from IIFL.  

Represented Bulk MRO Industrial Supply on its borrowing of a $3.85 million venture debt loan from Stride Ventures.
