Overview

Three-year-old Bombay Law Chambers has offices in Mumbai, Bangalore and New Delhi. The firm has steadily made inroads in banking and finance and private equity, offering clients high-calibre solutions from veteran lawyers. The private equity practice has a stellar roster of regional and international clients, with industry strengths in e-commerce, logistics, gaming, agritech and medical technology, among others. In the past year, the firm expanded from an 11-member team to 25 members, and expanded into the area of fund formation. An entire team comprising a partner, two counsel and three associates joined the Bangalore outpost. Key contacts and founding partners are Karan Kalra and Dipanshu Singhal. Last year, partner and corporate specialist Parag Srivastava joined from Rajaram Legal.
