Acted for Infosys on its $1.24 billion buyback, one of the largest buybacks that is being undertaken by an Indian company

Work highlights 

Advised Google on its abuse of dominance investigations in Android smartphones 

Represented Tata Sons on preparing and filing the notification with the Competition Commission of India (CCI) and subsequently securing an unconditional approval from the CCI for the acquisition by Air India of 100% shareholding in Air Asia India. 

Banking and finance

Work highlights 

Advised the lenders on their mammoth syndicated $1.1 billion social loan facility to HDFC. This has been reported as the largest syndicated social loan facility globally and the largest financing availed of by a private sector non-banking financial institution under the ECB Guidelines. 

Acted for API Holdings Limited on its secured structured debt financing.

Work highlights 

Advised KKR on its acquisition of 9.99% of Shriram General Insurance Company from Shriram Capital 

Represented Dabur Invest Corp on the sale of equity shares of Aviva Life Insurance Company India to Aviva International Holdings.
