Intellectual property specialist firm Ashwathh Legal was founded in late 2020 by a group of seasoned IP experts. The offering spans trademarks, copyright, patents, designs and customs to investigations, enforcement and dispute resolution. The firm also advises on data privacy and protection, content protection and anti-piracy, white-collar crime and trade regulatory. Managing partner Prabhu Tandon leads a group of veteran professionals, including director of investigations and enforcement Ivneet Singh and partners Lalima Tandon, Kripa Pandit and Kanika Aeri. The team was bolstered by the arrivals of associate partners Ranjit Chadha and Navreet Kaur from Panasonic and Saikrishna & Associates, respectively.
