Founded in 2015, Ariff Rozhan & Co specialises in general commercial litigation and arbitration. Work highlights 

Representing Dar Al-Handasah Consultants, a member of the Dar Group of Companies, together with its subsidiaries, in a dispute relating to the design and construction of the Butterworth Outer Ring Road connected to the second Penang Bridge, Malaysia, before the High Court in Kuala Lumpur. 

Defending India-listed company JCT in the High Court and Court of Appeal in Malaysia in an action brought by creditors of the plaintiff involving issues of undue preference under Section 293 of the Malaysian Companies Act of 1965 read together with Section 53 of the Bankruptcy Act of 1967. These provisions are only applicable in circumstances involving a liquidator. 

Representing Malayan Banking in several claims against a number of registered valuers (with the Malaysian Board of Valuers) for negligence and/or fraudulent valuation of properties for the purposes of obtaining financing from the bank.
