Appointed as representative by the Anti-Monopoly Bureau of the SAMR in merger reviews concerning the establishment of a joint venture ship-building company by China Isotope & Radiation Corporation and two other parties. The firm succeeded in convincing the SAMR that the case did not constitute concentration of undertakings. The case was eventually withdrawn and exempted from merger review.
