Amica Law is the largest boutique intellectual property firm in Singapore and is recommended for the breadth of its local and international IP expertise. Represented Element Six Technologies in a long-running patent infringement suit over synthetic diamond patents, which is now on appeal before Singapore’s apex court.

Successfully defended the operators of Luke’s Lobster lobster roll shacks against a trademark infringement and passing off action launched by the owners of Luke’s Oyster Bar & Chop House restaurants.

Acted for Align Technology in a trademark infringement suit in the High Court against Zenyum.
