Acting for Syarikat Pengeluar Air Selangor Holdings (SPLASH Holdings), a 40% associated company of Gamuda, in the $607 million disposal of its entire equity interest and redeemable unsecured loan stocks of its subsidiary, Syarikat Pengeluar Air Selangor (SPLASH), to Pengurusan Air Selangor.

Advised Malakoff Corporation on the acquisition of a 97.37% equity interest in Alam Flora and the resultant diversification of the existing principal activities of Malakoff and its subsidiaries.
