Career highlights: Over the past 30 years, Lillian has practised extensively in the areas of real estate and construction, procurement and infrastructure projects, trade and investment, and dispute resolution. She has represented clients on projects such as the metro rapid transit system, the Taiwan high-speed rail project, the highway electronic toll system, the airport MRT project, power plants, real estate, and the hotel development project at the Taipei World Trade Centre complex. She is a director of the Judicial Reform Foundation, a director of the ROC Arbitration Association, and a supervisor of the Chinese International Economic Cooperation Association. She was an executive board member (1993 to 1996) and a supervisor (1990 to 1993) of the Taipei Bar Association. She was also a consultative member of the committee for examining procurement petitions of the Public Construction Commission, Executive Yuan, ROC (2003 to 2005).
She attended the National Cheng-Chi University School of Law (LLB, 1981); National Taiwan University Graduate School of Law (LLM, 1984); Kellogg School of Management, and Northwestern University/Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (MBA, 2009).
She speaks Mandarin Chinese and English.
