- Acted for the Plaintiff in Teras Offshore Pte Ltd v Teras Cargo Transport (America) LLC  SGHC(I) 04, the first “offshore” case before the Singapore International Commercial Court. Peter successfully obtained judgment in the sum of US$27 million.
- Acted for a Mexican offshore oil and gas company which commenced arbitration proceedings in the sum of US$35 million against a Singapore shipyard involving a dispute in respect of the construction of a semi-submersible.
- Acted for the litigation representative of a wealthy widow with dementia, appearing at all tiers of the Singapore courts. Successfully recovered S$40m of her estate from a Chinese tour guide who misappropriated her assets and unlawfully procured a Will and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) for his benefit. Obtained revocation of the LPA and a statutory Will on the widow’s behalf. A worldwide Mareva injunction and judgment were obtained against the tour guide. The case received widespread media attention.
