YKVN acted for Mirae Asset-Naver Asia Growth Fund and Eastbridge Partners on the $30 million series C funding round in POPS.
Established in 2008, POPS has been providing online entertainment and kid content through multiple digital platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon.
The platform received $7 million from the previous financing, including series A funding from Japan’s IT-Farm and series B backing from Warner Media (formerly known as Turner Broadcasting System Asia Pacific).
The YKVN team was led by partner Phan Vinh Nhan and supported by associates Vu Mai Tram and Nguyen Duy Duong.
