Srabonee Roy joins the firm from J Sagar Associates as partner. Roy focuses on corporate commercial transaction, cross border M&A and joint ventures related matters. She also has comprehensive experience in handling foreign direct investments and exchange control regulations related issues.
The hire of Roy adds up to three partners at the Mumbai office and further reinforces its corporate commercial transactions practice.
