Haiwen & Partners has recently hired Bo Yan as partner in its Shanghai office. Yan returned to firm after joining Allen & Overy in 2014, where he was a senior associate.
Yan specialises in real estate investment, M&A, and disposal of non-performing assets.
“The return of Yan Bo will further develop our real estate business while strengthening our M&A team,” Haiwen commented in its press release.
