Rajah & Tann Laos, a member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, has formed an alliance with Laotian conglomerate Phongsavanh Group to expand its operations in Lao PDR.
Phongsavanh Group has interests in banking and financial institutions, oil and petroleum projects and related business, trading and logistics. The group will provide market intelligence and business development direction to Rajah & Tann Laos but it will not be involved in the firm’s daily operations.
