The head of Phoenix Legal Chennai office has left the firm to establish his own firm with tax litigator Arun Kurian Joseph.
Shadaan Mohammed Saipillai has left the firm to set up his own practice Calibre Legal. He focuses on corporate and M&A related matters. He provides a wide range of legal services ranging from general corporate commercial to employment law.
Phoenix Legal will close its Chennai office and the existing offices in New Delhi and Mumbai will continue to serve the clients.
