He has worked in Asia for more than 20 years and focuses on cross-border capital markets, M&A and telecommunications, media and technology transactions, with particular experience of Indonesia.

Anand & Anand has merged its Mumbai office with Khimani & Associates. The new firm will be called Anand and Anand & Khimani. Khimani & Associates, led by Priyanka Khimani, has a strong focus in media and entertainment, and IP in Mumbai.
