Simpson Grierson has appointed one new partner in each of its Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch offices. Jo-Anne Knight joins the firm’s Auckland commercial litigation group, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in construction dispute resolution. Banking and finance law specialist Josh Cairns will be based in Wellington where he will advise on corporate finance, and restructuring and insolvency.
