Macina, who joins from ERA Legal, is a specialist in commercial litigation and insolvency matters, especially in building, construction and technology industries. He often acts for builders, developers, company directors and insolvency practitioners.

Indian law firms Links Legal and DH Law merge

Link Legal-India Law Services and DH Law Associates have merged. Link Legal co-founder Atul Sharma and DH Law co-founder Nusra Hassan will co-manage the firm. With 35 partners and 155 lawyers, the merged firm, which will retain the name of Link Legal India Law Services, will be one of the biggest 15 firms in the country by number of lawyers.
