The Bangalore office of Argus Partners has hired new partner Suchita Ambadipudi. The capital markets and corporate specialist joins from her own independent practice. She had previously worked at Amarchand Mangaldas and S&R Associates in Mumbai, and then at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in Bangalore. She is dual qualified to practice in New York and India.
Managing partner Krishnava Dutt remarked: “We warmly welcome Suchita to the Argus family. We are certain that she together with Maneesha Kongovi will drive the Bangalore practice to greater heights.”
In Mumbai, Veritas Legal has brought M&A and private equity specialist Srabonee Roy on board as a new partner. She joins from Samvad Partners. Prior to that, she had worked with J Sagar Associates and Desai & Diwanji.
To welcome his newest team member, Veritas managing partner Abhijit Joshi said: “Srabonee Roy would be a good fit and will create more depth in these practice areas. We welcome her.”
Roy added: “I am delighted to join Veritas Legal contribute to the already impressive growth trajectory of the firm.”
