Lakshmikumuran & Sridharan Mumbai has hired corporate specialist Ashwin Mathew from commercial boutique Mansukhlal Hiralal & Company.
The new partner’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including investments, financing, acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work. He has been practising for over 20 years.
