King & Wood Mallesons has hired six new partners in the Greater Bay Area and South-East China. Jun Yan, Wenmin Li and Chunkai Li join the firm from JunZeJun Law Firm, with Yan joining KWM’s Shenzhen office and the others joining its Guangzhou office. Xiaoyun Ma, Jin Liang and Yao Wang join the firm’s Nanjing, Hangzhou, Sanya offices from Jiangsu G&D Law Firm, AllBright Law Offices and Yingke Law Firm, respectively.
Yan specialises in real estate, infrastructure and M&A. In recent years, Yan has led his team in real estate, PPP and asset securitisation with expertise across healthcare, education, culture and tourism industries.
Wenming Li’s practice covers asset securitisation and structural financing; Chunkai Li specialises in real estate investment with extensive experience in PPP programs; Ma is experienced in cross-border investment, M&A and private equity; Liang focuses on corporate M&A, overseas listing and finance; and Wang specialises in dispute resolution, with more than 10 years of experience in the legal field in Hainan.
