Bharucha & Partners merged with Bangalore firm Mundkur Law Partners this April and formed Bharucha Singh Mundkur (B&P).
The merger is expected to further boost the firm’s capabilities in Bangalore, expanding to 12 partners across offices in Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai.
Corporate finance transactions specialist Ramanand Mundkur established Mundkur Law Partners in 2007. Mundkur focuses on cross-border merger and acquisition and private equity.
