2018年12月14日，北京市第四中级人民法院（“北京四中院”）对“中轻三联国际贸易有限公司诉塔塔国际金属（亚洲）有限公司申请确认仲裁协议效力”系列案件（“塔塔案”）作出裁定，认定应以新加坡为法准据法判断本案中“未明确约定仲裁地和仲裁机构”的仲裁协议的效力，并进而适用新加坡法律认定涉案仲裁协议有效。
