2018年12月14日,北京市第四中级人民法院(“北京四中院”)对“中轻三联国际贸易有限公司诉塔塔国际金属(亚洲)有限公司申请确认仲裁协议效力”系列案件(“塔塔案”)作出裁定,认定应以新加坡为法准据法判断本案中“未明确约定仲裁地和仲裁机构”的仲裁协议的效力,并进而适用新加坡法律认定涉案仲裁协议有效。
