The Seoul office of White & Case has hired Won Sun Jung as a partner in its corporate practice group. She previously was in an in-house role.
Jung’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, advising public and private companies, private equity funds and sponsors. Also, she offers commercial advice on overseas expansions and has represented issuers and underwriters in capital markets deals.
Before going in-house, Jung worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in its New York and Hong Kong offices.
