Weerawong Chinnavat & Partners represented Bangkok Bank in the issuance of $300 million guaranteed senior perpetual capital securities by Minor International. The securities represent the first private corporation from Thailand in the public USD markets since 2007 and the first ever bank-guaranteed public USD bond from a Southeast Asian corporation.
