Phuoc & Partners has announced that the firm will be dissolved starting from 1 September 2019 and two firms, namely Global Vietnam Lawyers (GV Lawyers) and Phuoc & Associates, will be established to inherit all rights and interests of Phuoc & Partners.
Nguyen Gia Huy Chuong will be manager partner of GV Lawyers. He specialises in corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions and business litigation. Construction, technology information, port management, insurance and transport and telecommunications are some of his industry sector focus.
GV Lawyers will start operating on 1 September 2019.
