DFDL appoints Audray Souche as managing director in Thailand

DFDL has appointed Audray Souche as the firm’s managing director in Thailand. She is the deputy head of its regional energy, mining and infrastructure practice group and has led teams on energy, project management financing and technical assistance matters in Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, Bhutan and Nepal.

Wei Tu, Stephenson Harwood’s associated firm in Guangzhou, has added three external hires and one internal promotion to its rank of partners. Xiangman Shen, a litigation and arbitration specialist in shipping, and general corporate and commercial matters, and Kehua Zhang, who advises clients on foreign direct investment, cross-border M&A and international trade, join from Wang Jing; Henry Zhu, a dispute resolution specialist, comes to the firm from Rolmax and Zoe Zhou, who focuses on corporate law, including M&A, overseas listings, private equity and foreign direct investment, is the internal appointment.

DaHui Lawyers welcomes two partners

DaHui Lawyers has hired two capital markets and M&A partners in its Shanghai and Beijing offices. Julia Dai joins the firm from Latham & Watkins and has advised clients on cross-border M&As, and private equity investments in China and overseas. Xikang Wang was formerly the executive director of Goldman Sachs in China and was involved with onshore and offshore capital market transactions, compliance matters and financial regulatory proceedings.
