Banking and finance partner Sieng Deline joins R&T Sok & Heng
Sieng Deline has joined R&T Sok & Heng, Rajah & Tann’s network firm in Cambodia, as a banking and finance partner. Before the move, Sieng was the head of legal & compliance at ANZ Royal, an international bank in Cambodia, for six years, responsible for managing legal risk and ensuring compliance against legal and regulatory requirements. He was also involved with reviewing the structure of large loans. Sieng’s experience also includes legal research and teaching in Phnom Penh.
Aarthi Narayanan joins Shardul Amarchand’s real estate practice
Aarthi Narayanan (pictured left) has joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as a real estate partner from Dua Associates in Chennai, where she had been a partner since 2010.
