Nagy successfully defended SPI Group, the producer of Stolichnaya vodka, in the long-running Russian vodka trademark litigation case. The case was brought by the Russian Federation concerning its operations and ownership of SPI Group’s Stolichnaya trademarks in Australia. 

Nagy has acted for various high-profile copyright and trademark infringement, misleading and deceptive conduct and domain name disputes. She is also active in the non-contentious IP field, including strategic copyright and brand protection and enforcement issues and regulatory advice.
