Lin advised Taiwanese electronic component manufacturer Yageo Corp on its $1.8 billion acquisition of US rival Kemet Corp alongside US law firms. Together with Kemet, Yageo will be well positioned as a one-stop provider of passive electronic components, addressing a full range of end-market segments.
