King & Wood Mallesons acted for Suncorp in its latest A$300 million capital notes offer under its broker firm and institutional components.
Suncorp Group is an Australian listed finance, insurance, and banking corporation based in Brisbane, Australia.
Speaking about the transaction, Corporate and M&A partner of KWM Brisbane Rhys Casey said: “We are pleased to have advised Suncorp on this hybrid capital raising. The raising achieves a number of objectives for Suncorp, including the refinancing of their earlier preference share transaction at a competitive margin.”
