Recently, JunHe sincerely welcomed Lin Li who joined JunHe as a counsel in our Beijing Headquarters. Mr. Lin specializes in project financing, overseas investment & infrastructure, equity investment/financing as well as construction projects both in contentious and non-contentious.
Mr. Lin has been practicing law for over 15 years, providing whole lifecycle and project-specific legal services from feasibility study to construction then to dispute resolution for a number of offshore and onshore transactions and international construction projects. These have been in the fields of energy, transport infrastructure, natural resources, as well as in areas of China domestic real estate and construction projects. He has also advised clients in their asset acquisition, equity investments and financing, and on the prevention of legal risks in business operations.
