JunHe has advised biopharmaceutical company Bio-Thera Solutions on its $270 million IPO on the STAR Board, with CICC, Guangfa Securities and Morgan Stanley Huaxin Securities being the underwriters.
Founded in 2003 and based in Guangzhou, Bio-Thera focuses on the research and development of novel therapeutics in targeted therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular disease, autoimmune, cancer and other critical unmet needs.
JunHe team was led by partners Xiaoli Huang and Huanyan Zhang.
