Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has welcomed Ashni Parekh to grow and expand its media and entertainment practice. An independent practitioner for the last 14 years, Parekh will join as a senior advisor to the firm.
On her own, Parekh helmed a leading film industry practice that included film finance and transactions.
Prior to establishing her own practice in 2005, Parekh had been an associate at Nishith Desai since 1991.
