Matt Egerton-Warburton has been appointed by Gadens as their new Sydney office’s M&A partner.
Egerton-Warburton is an experienced corporate partner who has practiced in New York, Hong Kong, London and Sydney. He also specialises in corporate governance, cross-border M&A, international law, and corporate finance.
He was previously a special counsel at King & Wood Mallesons’ Sydney office.
