DSK Legal co-cofounding partner Satish Kishanchandani has left DSK Legal to set up his firm with two corporate partners and their teams after 18 years.
Kishanchandani is expected to be joined by partners Narendra Dingankar who led its Pune office and Mumbai-based Pritha Jha at his new firm.
He has more than 30 years of experience in advising clients for commercial and transactions-related matters including merger and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and joint ventures. Also, he has been listed as a Leading Lawyer under corporate and M&A practice area categories by asialaw Profiles.
