Clayton Utz has advised Euroz Securities as broker in connection with a successful A$476 million capital raising by ASX-listed Energy Resources of Australia (ERA).
Euroz Securities conducted the shortfall bookbuild to institutional investors under the entitlement offer.
ERA is one of the largest uranium producers in the world, through the Ranger Uranium Mine in the Northern Territory. ERA will use the proceeds of the raising to fund the rehabilitation of the Ranger Project Area.
