Zaid Ibrahim & Co (a member of ZICO Law) hires Hon Kiat (Jonathan) Lim as partner who specialises in fintech and corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Lim led a fintech division at one of the Malaysian law firms.
Lim’s practice area focus includes fintech, venture capital, blockchain technology, payment systems, digital remittance and initial coin offerings. He has also advised various local and foreign clients on a wide range of corporate transactions including M&A, corporate structuring, IPO, takeovers as well as private funds.
