Tilleke & Gibbins has expanded its Bangkok office with the hire of Joseph Tomkiewicz and Supasit Boonsanong as co-heads of its energy practice, and Prisna Sungwanna as a corporate partner.
Tomkiewicz and Boonsanong will co-head the firm's energy practice, with a particular focus in the petroleum, new energy technologies and renewables industries.
Sungwanna specialises in corporate and M&A with extensive experience in advising foreign investors on establishment of legal entities in Thailand. She is also known for her expertise in the employment and real estate practices.
