Haiwen & Partners has hired Taoye Ye as partner in its Shanghai office. Prior to joining Haiwen, Ye was a counsel at Allen & Overy. She worked with Allen & Overy Shanghai office for nine years, and before that with Paul Hastings Shanghai office for several years.
According to Haiwen’s press release, Ye specialises in structuring and executing cross-border merger and acquisitions and private equity investments in China, with a particular focus on the real estate sector. She also has expertise in the structuring and establishment of onshore and offshore investment funds.
