Wong & Partners in Malaysia has hired Lim Siaw Wan as a partner in its finance & projects practice where she will be focusing on transport, construction and infrastructure projects. Before the move, Lim was a partner in the construction and projects practice of Christopher & Lee Ong.

Taylor Vinters merges with Via Law Corporation

UK law firm Taylor Vinters has merged with intellectual property and technology, media and telecommunications boutique firm Via Law Corporation in Singapore which has a strong client base of entrepreneurial clients from southeast Asia and Japan. The new firm will operate in Singapore under the name of Taylor Vinters Via and will be led by directors Yingyu Wang and Bryan Ghows.
