HSA Advocates merges with Citadel Law Chambers

HSA Advocates has merged with Citadel Law Chambers in Kolkata. Ramya Hariharan, founder of Citadel, will join the firm as a partner. Hariharan brings with him more than 14 years of experience in the corporate, projects, and banking and finance practices. He was previously a partner and co-founder of Argus Partners where he was in charge of its Kolkata operations.

Hector de Leon elected as SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan’s managing partner

Hector de Leon has been elected as SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan’s new managing partner. De Leon focuses on corporate and commercial matters, with a strong emphasis on equity investments, M&A and project finance. He succeeds Rafael Morales, who retired as a partner of the firm in March.

Four new partners at Chapman Tripp

Chapman Tripp has appointed four new partners across multiple practice areas in two offices. In the Auckland office, Joshua Pringle becomes a corporate partner, Marie Wisker an employment partner and Bevan Miles, a tax partner. In the Wellington office, Greg Wise becomes a property partner.

Dentons Rodyk in Singapore has bolstered its energy resources and infrastructure practice with new hire John Dick. He has 27 years of experience in advising on all aspects of mining projects across South East Asia and Australia; oil and gas exploration and development; and construction and procurement contracts. He has previously worked at EY and Herbert Smith Freehills.
