Michael Loterzo has recently been hired by Mills Oakley as the new construction partner based in Melbourne. He was a partner in the construction team at Lander & Rogers.
Michael acts for project managers, builders and subcontractors in the preparation and provision of advice on construction contracts, tri-partite agreements, consultant contracts and subcontracts. He has extensive experience providing advice on many landmark Melbourne and Sydney building projects.
John Nerurker, the chief executive of Mills Oakley, said that the launch would bolster the firm’s national capability.
