L&L Partners has hired corporate partner Navin Syiem from IndusLaw. He brings along managing associate Nitin Gera and senior associate Shruti Barua. All three will focus on L&L’s M&A practice in New Delhi.
Syiem specialises in corporate and capital markets matters. He had previously worked at HSA Advocates and Ashurst before IndusLaw.
L&L has recently also added banking and finance partner Abir Dey to its roster in Mumbai. Dey joins from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
