Corporate specialist Vijay Sureka has joined the Mumbai office of Link Legal Law Services from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.
Sureka’s practice focuses on M&A and joint venture transactions. He has over 15 years of experience working with clients across a diverse range of sectors and industries, such as manufacturing, infrastructure, IT, hospitality and education. He is well-versed in assisting banks and non-banking financial companies in their loan transactions and working on merger schemes for companies.
Prior to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Sureka honed his practice at AZB & Partners for four years, and at Wadia Gandhy & Co for 11 years.
